Answer: the soap bubbles appear color because of its peculiar changing shape . it refracts the sun light because of the different optical densities ,that is air out side that bubble,the transparent surface of the bubble , the medium inside the bubble ,and again air out side that bubble.
so white light refracts many colors because of their own wave length
