5 cm is the answer for given question

\huge{\mathfrak{\underline{\underline{Solution:}}}}

Volume of Cube = Side³

                            = (10 cm)³

                            = 1000 cm³    [1]

This is melted and cast into the Cuboid. The Volume of Cuboid so made will be equal to the Volume of the Cube.

Let the height of the cuboid be h cm.

Then,

Volume of Cuboid = l × b × h

                               = 20 × 10 × h

                               = 200h      [2]

Equating (1) and (2)

We have 200h = 1000

                      h = 1000/200

                      h = 5

Hence, the height of the cuboid is 5 cm.

Answer:-

Height = 5cm

Explanation:-

Given:-

  • Side of cube (a) = 10cm
  • Length cuboid (l) = 20cm
  • breadth of cuboid (b) = 10cm

To Find:-

height of cuboid

Solution:-

Since, cube is melted and recasted into cuboid

Volume of cube = volume of cuboid

 {\rightarrow}  {a}^{3} = lbh

{\rightarrow}{10}^{3} = 20 \times 10\times h

 {\rightarrow}1000 = 200 \times h

 {\rightarrow}h = 5cm
