4x - 3y = 8 (eq \: 1)\\ 6x - y =  \frac{29}{3}  (eq \: 2) \\ eq \: 2  =  >  y  = \frac{29}{3}  - 6x \\  =  >  \frac{29 - 18x}{3}(eq \: 3) \\  \\ substituting \: eq \: 3 \: in \: eq \: 1 =  > 4x - 3( \frac{29 - 18x}{3} ) \\  \\ 4x - 29 + 18x = 8 \\ 22x = 8 + 29 \\ x =  \frac{37}{22} \\ subsituting \: x \: value \: in \: eq1 \\ 4( \frac{37}{22} ) - 3y = 8 \\ ( \frac{2(37)}{11} ) - 3y = 8 \\  \frac{74}{11}  - 3y = 8  \\  - 3y = 8 -  \frac{74}{11} \\  - 3y =  \frac{88 - 74}{11}  \\ y =   - \frac{14}{33}
