Step-by-step explanation:

Let the age of son =x

So, the age of father = x+25

After five years

Age of son =x+5

And age of father =x+30

Acc to question

( Age of father) *(age of son) =600

(x+5) (x=30)=600

x^2+30x +5x+150=600

x^2+35x+150-600=0

x^2+35x-450=0

By middle term spliting

x^2-10x+45x-450=0

x(x-10)+45(x-10)=0

(x+45)(x-10)=0

Taking x+45=0

x=-45

Taking x-10=0

x=10

So age can never be in negative

Therefor x=10

Age of son =x=10

Age of father =x+25=10+25

=35
