Specific heat of a metal is the measurement of amount of energy required to increase the temperature of 1 Kg of that metal by 1 Kelvin.
The formula is ΔE=mcΔT.
ΔE is the amount of energy required, m is the mass of the object , c is specific heat capacity, and ΔT is change in temperature.
Now, as per this question, Atomic mass = 6.4/specific heat = 6.4/0.16 = 40g.
Therefore, (c) is correct answer.
