Speed in still water is 15km/hr and speed of current is 3km/hr so the speed downstream would be 18 km/hr which is equal to 5 m/s. Time is 12 min so we will take it as 720 s. Because speed = distance / time Therefore, 5=s/720; s= 720*5 = 3600
