Let speed of boat in still water be 'x' and speed of stream be 'y'

Upstream speed:     x - y = 60
Downstream speed:x + y = 80
Adding both: 2x = 140
x = 70 km/hr
70 - y = 60
y = 10 km/hr

Hence, speed of boat in still water = 70 kmph
Speed of stream = 10 kmph
Hope it helps
