The speed of a car when travelling from A to B is 45 k/h and from B to C is 60 km/h. The distance between A and B is 150 km and distance between A and C is 325 km. Find the total time taken.​

Given :-

  • The speed of car between A to B is 45km/h and distance is 150km.
  • The speed of car between B to C is 60km/h and distance is 325km.

Find the total time taken.

Solution:-

Distance between A to B.

45 km travel in=1 hour.

1. km travel in=1/45 hours.

150 km travel in=1/45*150=3hours 1/3 minutes.

Distance between B to C.

60km travel in=1hour.

1km travel in=1/60 hours

325 km travel in=1/60*325=4 hours 1/4 minutes.

The total time taken (x) Approximately 7-8Hours
