Answer:

Given:-

  • Speed of garden snail = 50meters
  • Speed of Cheetah = 120km

Find:-

  • Find the ratio of the speeds??

Solution:-

Let Covert the speed of cheetah into meters:-

We know that,

{ \boxed{ \therefore{ \sf{1km = 1000m}}}}

So, Speed of cheetah = 120×1000=120000m

Ratio of Snail and cheetah = 50:120000 = 2400:1

"Therefore, the ratio of speeds of Snail and cheetah is 2400:1"

The speed of nail is 50 meters per hour or 0.05km per hour

The ratio of speed of nail and cheetah is 120:0.05

2400:1

Therefore, for each 2400 meter covered by cheetah , the garden snail would have covered 1 meter

Hope Its Help
