The key for solving every problem in physics is the converison of units to SI units.
Lets go from the last part of the question. The distance is given and the time is required. The relation among these two is d=v*t. For finding the time we need to find the velocity and distance (distance is already known), so our main target is to find velocity of wave in this case.
For finding the velocity of wave when frequency and wave length is given, you ca use the relation v= (wavelength(in meter)* frequency) .It will give you the result of 0.8 m/s.
So the time taken will be
v=d/t where d must be in metres and time in seconds.
on solving, you will get the answer......
