John starts journey 3 hours prior and cover 90 Km distance in 3 hrs with speed of 30km/ph.

So remaining distance is 650-90=560

Remaining Distance will be covered ByMax and John with speed ratio of 4:3 I.e. 320:240
So, Distance covered by John is 240+90=230
Which is the answer of question.

Answer:

330km

Step-by-step explanation:

Max 40 km/h John 30 km /h

Distance travelled by john in 3 hours

= 30 x 3 = 90 km

Remaining distance = 650 - 90 = 560 km

Time taken by Max and john to meet at point P

= 560(40+30) = 56070 = 8 hours

Time time taken by john to reach at point P= 8 + 3 = 11 hours

Distance travelled by John in 11 hours

= 11 x 30 = 330 km
