125-25 = 100

square of no.=x²
according to question
x³-x²=100 = x³-x²-100=0
the solution of this equation cannot be determined by factorization
just put x=1,2,3,4,5,10,......... i.e factors of 100
when u put x=5
5³-5²-100
125-25-100
100-100
=0
hence the value of x is 5
