White-throated kingfisher is the state bird of West Bengal.
This bird is also known as white - breasted kingfisher or Smyrna Kingfisher.
This bird mostly found in Turkey East from Indian subcontinent to Philippines.
The scientific name of the bird is Halcyon smyrnensis.
The bird is 28 cm in length. The adult species has bright blue wings, back, tail.
Its a beautiful bird.
