Question

the state list has agriculture in it which implies that the state government takes care of it but in the central government there is a ministry for agriculture.... why???

this is becuase. every state has its agriculture issues.. and the central govt hold or rule all over the country to maintain proper equilibrium every state is alloted agriculture department to. enrich agriculture fields. and crop production for economy and in central govt agriculture department the ministry supervise the state deprtment and state superwise it all cities and rural urban areas of agriculture.
