The steam supplied to an engine having two streams which meets before entering the engine. One stream is supplied at 0.01kg/s with an enthalpy of 2950kJ/kg and a velocity of 20m/s. The other stream is supplied at the rate of 0.1 kg/s with enthalpy of 2565kJ/kg and velocity of 120 m/s. At the exit from engine, the fluid leaves at two streams, one of water at the rate of 0.001 kg/s with an enthalpy of 421 kJ/kg and the other stream, the fluid velocity at exit is zero. The engine develops a shaft power of 25 kW. Heat transfer is negligible. Find enthalpy of second exit stream.
