Sir/madam,
I am Losblancos, resident of Vikas Nagar area, in Lucknow. The residents of Sector 12 of this area are facing issues regarding street lamps, since many weeks.
Complaints about the problems have been done in municipality office, but in vain. The street lamps are broken, hence are not lightened.
The commuters undergo lot of problems due to low visibility. Effect is specially on aged people, with weak eyesight. Animals too are not visible in dark, and neither the patches on road.
Since our complaints remain unheard, I write you to bring the issue in notice by publishing it in your newspaper. Residents of the area want eco friendly lightings, thus we request installation of solar lamps. They also want reflectors to be painted over the road.
