Strength of a school means the total students in the school.

Strength of school = 750

60%of them attended a film show

Students attended = 750 × 60/100 = 450

Students who did not attend = 750 - 450 = 300

Thus, 300 students did not attend the show.

paarth25: why didn't you do it directly?

Here is your solution

Given:-

The strength of a school is 750.

60% attend a film show.

Now

Number of student attend=> 750×60/100=450 students

Number of student not attend =?

=>750-450

=>300 students

Hence,

Number of student did not attend the show is 300 students

Hope it helps you
