let the sides be a,b,c

a+b=52........A

a-b=8............B

c=36

A+B=> a= 60/2= 30

therefore b= 52-a= 22

now, s= (30+22+36)/2=44

area=√[s*(s-a)*(s-b)*(s-c)]=329.265
