Answer: 12x^2 +4x -1

Step-by-step

Sum of zeroes = -1/3 =b/a

Product of zeroed = -1/12 =c/a

= -1/3 ×4/4. ( Value of a=-1/3 & -1/12)

=-4/12

Quad.polynomial = x^2 -( sum of zetoes)x +( product of zeroes)

= X^2 -( -4/12)x +(-1/12)

= X^2 +4/12x - 1/12

= 12X^2 + 4x - 1
