Sum of 2 angles =145
The sum of other 2 remaining angles=360-145
=215

Ratio=2:3
215=2x + 3x
215=5x
x=215/5
x=43

Therefore,
2x=43*2
2x=86

3x=43*3
3x=129

The other two angles of the quadrilateral are 86 and 129.
