Hi ,

Let x , x + 2 , x + 4 are the

consecutive even numbers

Sum of these numbers = 270 ( given )

x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 270

3x + 6 = 270

3x = 270 - 6

3x = 264

x = 264/3

x = 88

Therefore ,

The first number in the sequence =

x = 88

I hope this helps you.

Let,
3 consecutive even no. be x, x+2,x+4
Now,
X+x+2+x+4 = 270
3x + 6 = 270
3x= 270-6
3x= 264
X= 264/3
X= 88

So the first no. in this sequence is 88.

Hope it helps uuuuu ......
