suppose three multiples are x-1,x,x+1 th multiples of 8.
Their sum is 888. So, 8(x-1)+8x+8(x+1)=888
24x=888
3x=111.
x=111/3=37.
Multiples are:
8(x-1)=8*36=288
8*37=296
8*38=304.

3x = 108
X = 36
hence

then multiples are
36×8=288
