their sum is 32
4a=32 a=8
(a-3d)(a+3d)/(a-d)(a+d)=6/15
(a^2-9d^2)/(a^2-d^2)=6/15
15a^2-135d^2=6a^2-6d^2
9a^2=129d^2
a=8 and then just substitute to get the answer
