\huge\mathfrak{Answer}

The numbers are 16, 18, 20, 22, 24.

\huge\textsf{Explanation}

Let the first number be 2n, so other numbers would be 2n + 2, 2n + 4, 2n + 6, 2n + 8

Given,

2n + 2n + 2 + 2n + 4 + 2n + 6 + 2n + 8 = 100

→ 10n + 20 = 100

→ 10n = 100 - 20

→ 10n = 80

→ n = 80/10

→ n = 8

So, first number = 2n = 2(8) = 16

second = 2n + 2 = 18

Similarly, the rest numbers would be 20, 22, 24

Let the consecutive numbers be x , (x+2) , (x+4) , ( x+6 ) , (x+8) ,.....

Given that their sum is 100 .

so

x + (x+2) + (x+4) + (x+6) + ( x+8)=100

5x + 20 = 100

5x = 80

x = 80/5

x = 16

so

x = 16

x+1 = 16 + 2= 18

x+2 = 16 + 4 = 20

x+3 = 16 + 6 = 22

x+4 = 16 + 8 = 24

Therefore, the 5 consecutive even integers are 16 , 18 , 20 , 22 , 24 ,
