3,7,11,15,19 so on

Step-by-step explanation:

S9 = 9/2( 2a + 8d)

171 = 9/2( 2a + 8d)

2a + 8d = 38 (divide by 2)

a + 4d = 19 ------ 1

a8 = 31

a + 7d = 31 ------- 2

Solving equation 1 and 2 , we get

d = 4 and a = 3

Series is in the form a, a1, a2, a3, a4 so on

3,7,11,15,19 so on
