Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the unit's digit be x and the ten's digit be y.

Sum of the digits of a two digit number is given to be 12.

 x + y = 12 …….(i)

Original number = 10y + x

Number obtained on reversing the digits = 10x + y

According to the question:

10y + x + 18 = 10x + y

9x - 9y = 18

x - y = 2 …….(ii)

(i) and (ii) are the required equations.

subtract (ii) from (i)

you will get,

2y=10

y=5

x=7

so 75 or 57 would be the answer

but please check the answer once again i am not sure
