the sum of a digit of a two digit number is 6, if the digit are reversed , the new number will be 36 great er than the orignal number , find the number

let the no. be x and y assume it
then reverse it as in question we get yx>36
x+y=6----(1)
then get the value of x=6-y-----(2)
substitute value of x in x in eq. 1
you will get value of y thn arrange them n reverse again u will get the no.

let the once place digit be=y and the ten's place digit be=x
so the no=10x+y
equation1....x+y = 6
equation2.....10y+x=36+10x+y
9y-9x=36
taking 9 common
y-x=4
adding both the equations
we get.....2y=10
y=5
putting the value of y in equation1
x+5=6
x=1
the no was 10x+y= (10×1)+5
=15
