let the 2 no be

tens place=x

ones place=y

therefore the no is 10x+y

reversed no=10y+x

according to question

x-y=3 .........eq1

given  (10x+y)+(10y+x)=99

11x+11y=99

x+y=9........eq2

eq1-eq2
