According to problem

(10y+x)+(10x+y)=165

⇒ x+y=15...(i)

and x−y=3...(ii)

or y−x=3....(iii)

On solving equation (i) and (ii) x=9 and y=6

On solving equation (i) and (iii) x=6 and y=9

∴ The number will be 96
