a+b=9
10b+a - 10a+b =27
-9a+9b=27
-a+b = 3
b=3+a
a+3+a= 9
2s= 6
a=3
b=9-a
b=6
So no. is 36

Hey,

Let the unit digit be x,
and the tens digit be y.

Than the two digit number = 10y + x

According to question, x + y = 9 ........(i)

And, by reversing the digit of a two digit number, we get

=> 10x + y

Subtracting 10y + x from 10x + y, we get
=> 10x + y -(10y + x) = 27
=> 10x + y -10y - x = 27
=> 9x - 9y = 27
=> 9(x- y) = 27
=> x- y = 3 .............(ii)

Using equation (i) & (ii), we get
=> x + y + x - y = (9 + 3)
=> 2x = 12
=> x = 6

From equation (i), we get
=> x + y = 9
=> 6 + y = 9
=> y = 3

The two digit number is = 10y + x
= (30 + 6)
= 36
