Taking the variable x

the equation will be:

x + 5x =90

where x is the age of Meena and 5x is the aage of his mother.

6x=90

x=15

Hence we can say

the ages will be

Meena - 15yrs

Reena - 75yrs

Given :

To Find :

We have to find the present age of Meena and Meena's daughter.

___________________________

Solution :

Let Meena's daughter age be "x".

So, Meena's will be "5x"

Now, A.T.Q

\sf{→ 5x + x = 90} \\ \\ \sf{→6x = 90} \\ \\ \sf{→ x = \frac{\cancel{90}}{\cancel{6}}} \\ \\ \sf{→ x = 15}

So, Present age of Meena = 5x = 5(15) = 75 years

Present age of Meena's daughter = x = 15 years
