the sum of cost of 1 kg of banana and 1 kg of orange is rs.80 and the cost of 1 kg of banana is two third of the cost of 1 kg of orange ​

If banana=(rupee)x.,orange=y(rupee)

x+y=80......(1)

x=2/3*y......(2)

from 1st equ..,x=80-y

substitutein 2nd equ ...80-y=2/3*y

80=2/3y+y

80=5y/3

then the value of y i.e.,cost of 1kg of orange=48(rupee).........
