let the digit at unit place be X

the digit at tens place =7-x

original number=10(7-x)+1*X

=70-10x+X

=70-9x

number obtained by reversing its digit=10*X +1(7-x)

=10x+7-x

=9x+7

a/q

70-9x-9=9x+7

=61-9x=9x+7

=61-7=9x+9x

=54=18x

3=X

so the first digit= X=3

the second digit=7-x

=7-3=4

and the number is 43
