the sum of digits in a three digit number is12 if the digits are reversed the number is increased by 495 but reversing only of the ten's and unit digits increase the number by 36. the number is ?

by many effort I found it the no. is 540.

5 + 4 + 0 = 12

540 - 045= 495

40 - 05 = 36 .
