let the two digit number be 10x+y

sum of digits =x+y=10=>x=10-y

given,

10x+y-18=10z+z

=>10(10-y)+y-18=10z+z

=>100-10y+y-18=11z

=>82-9y=11z

=>z=82/11 - 9y/11

the single digit integer value to x and z are limited to y=3, z=5

such that x+y=10=>x=10-y=>x=10-3=7

x=7

the two digit number is 10x+y=10(7)+3=70+3=73

73-18=55
