given sn=3n^2+5n
put n=1
3(1)^2+5(1)
=8
put n=2
=3(2)^2+5(2)
=12+10
=22
now we have sn =22
for 2nd series ,22-8=14
now we have series as 8,14,....
common difference =14-8=6
an=a+(n-1)d
an=8+(14)6
an =92

RGstar: for ur kind information, 22 is the sum of the first two terms. Hence your answer is incorrect
