Sn/S'n=13-7n/3n+3
=n/2 {2.3+(n-1).(-7)}/n/2{2.3+(n-1).3}

now a/c to sum of Ap formula we arranged this like formula

tn/t'n={3+(n-1)(-7)}/{3+(n-1).3}

now ratio of second term
t2/t'2=(10-7x2)/3x2=-4/6= -2/3
