The question is related to arithmetic progression.

We have,
First multiple of 7 between 10 and 200 is 14 (first term of an AP)

Last multiple of 7 between 10 and 200 is 196
(last term of an AP)
We have, multiples of 7 between 10 and 200 is 27; and sum of multiples of 7 between 10 and 200 is the same as sum of terms in an AP

So by using the formula of sum of terms in an AP as
\frac{n}{2} (first \: term \: + last \: term)
We get the sum of multiples of 7 as
 \frac{27}{2} (14 + 196)
=2835
