\mathfrak{\huge{AnSwEr}}

Let the numerator and the denominator be x and y respectively.

The fraction turns out to be = \sf{\frac{x}{y}}\\

According to the question, the first equation formed will be :

x + y = 2x + 4

Solve this formed equation further:

= x - y + 4 = 0 ...(1)

According to the question, the second equation formed will be :

\frac{x+3}{y+3} = \frac{2}{3}\\

Solve this formed equation further:

= 3x - 2y + 3 = 0 ...(2)

I'll use the Elimination method for solving these equations :-

Multiply (1) by 3 :-

= 3x - 3y + 12 = 0 ...(3)

Now equate (1) and (3), you get :-

y = 9

Similarly, by further solving, you get:

x = 5

The fraction = \sf{\huge{\frac{5}{9}}}\\

Hope it Helps!
