no because sum of convex quadrilateral is 360 degree i was little bit confused between concave n convex :) if the polygon is convex each of its interior angle is less than 180. degree :)so sorry for that hope it helps :)

It does not matter whether the quadrilateral is convex or concave.

The only difference is ..
One of the angle is more than 180°.

So, your statement is false.
