Let the unit digit be x

Tens digit => x + 3x + 3

==> 10(x + 3) + x digits interchanged = 10x + x + 3 = 10x + x + 3

==> 10(x + 3) + x +10x + x + 3 = 143

==> 10x + 30 + 12x + 3 = 143

==> 22x + 33 = 143

==> 22x = 143−33

==> 22x = 110

==> x = 5

Original number = 85

Answer:

Let the no of ones place be x

then rhe no of tens place be x+3

original no=10(x+3)+x=10x+30+x

no formed by interchanging it's digit=10x+(x+3)=11x+3

A/q

11x+30+11x+3=143

or,22x+33=143

or, 22x=110

or,x=110/22

or, x=5
