the original no is 28
solution :-
let digit at tens place be x
the digit at ones place be y
the original no be 10x + y
and 10y + x is digit are reversed
so, x + y = 10 .....(i)
10y + x - (10x + y) = 54
y - x = 6
by adding both the eq.
we will get y = 8
then by putiing y = 4 in eq. (i)
x = 2

hi there,
let number be 10x+y
x+y=10
x=10-y
10*(10-y)+y+54=10y+10-y
100-10y+y+54=9y+10
-9y-9y=10-54-100
-18y=-144,y=8
therefore x=10-y=2
therefore the original number =20+8=28
i hope this ans helps u...
