The sum of the digits of a two-digit number is 7. If 27 is subtracted from the number,
the digits interchange their places. Find the number.​

GOOD MORNING!!

let the digits of that two digit number be x and y

According to the given Question!

x + y = 7 ... Equation i

10x + y - 27 = 10y + x

9x - 9y = 27

x - y = 3 ... Equation ii

Now, Add Both the Equations we have.

2x = 10

x = 5

Put value of x in Equation ii we have.

5 - y = 3

y = 2

So, The number that contains two x and y is 52

So, The number is 52

Note:-

Any two digit number say a and b can be written like this 10a + b.
