so the original no. will be 10x+y

now according to question

x+y=9 ----(I)

and according to question

10x+y/y =6

so 10x+y=6y

therefore 2x=y -----(ii)

now by substituting values

x=3 and y=6

therefore no.=10x+y=30+6=36
