Reversing these digits, we get:
10y+x=(10x+y)-27
10y+x=10x+y-27
-9x+9y=-27
-9(y-x)=-27
y-x=-27/-9

Using elimination method, we get:
10x+y=15
-x+y=3
x=6, y=9.
