so
a+b = 15 ---------(1)
2nd condition
10b +a = 10a + b - 27
9b -9a = -27
9a-9b = 27
A-b = 3-----------(2)
add equation 2 from 1
2a = 18
a= 9
b= 15-9
b = 6
10*9+6
= 96 answer
