Given :-

• An ap 3, 8, 13.......

To Find :-

• Sum of 1st 11 terms of the ap.

Answer :-

first term, a = 3

second term = 8

common difference, d = 2nd term - 1st term

=> 8 - 3

=> 5

Sum of n terms of the ap is

 \frac{n}{2} (2a + (n - 1)d)

 =  >  \frac{11}{2} (2 \times 3 + (11 - 1)5)

 =  >  \frac{11}{2} (6 + 50)

 =  >  \frac{11}{2}  \times 56

 =  > 11 \times 28

 =  > 308

Hence, sum of 11 terms of the ap is 308.
