so,

and,

so,
35x+8=2y+2

therefore
x+y= 8
-35x+2y=6

-34x+3y=14
-36+y= 2

2x+2y=16
-35x+2y=6

36x=10
x = 10/36

x+y =8
10/36+y=8

y=8×36/10

y=28.4
