Let the fraction be a/b

Equations::

a + b = 2a + 4

(a+3)/(b+3) = 2/3

a = b-4

Substitute for "a" and solve for "b"::

(b-4+3)/(b+3) = 2/3

3b-3 = 2b+6

b = 9

Solve for "a":

a = b-4

a = 5

so a/b = 5/9

Hope you understood, and sorry if i am wrong...
