Let the numerator = x

Then , denominator = 2x+3

According to the question ,

2x+3+x = 15

3x +3 = 15

3x = 15-3

3x = 12

x = 12/3 = 4

Numerator = 4

Denominator = 11

{ \frac{4}{11} }

Heya user...!!

Here is ur answer...!!

Answer:

Let us take the numerator be = x

Then it is given that the denominator is 3 more than twice the numerator  ,

So :denominator = 2x + 3

According to our question's statement  ,

( The sum of the numerator and the denominator of a fraction is 15. )

2x+3  +  x   =   15

3x +3 = 15

3x = 15-3

3x = 12

x = 12/3

x = 4

∴ Numerator = 4

AND

Then putting the value in equation 2x+3 then we get Denominator

Denominator = 11
